Underground Fitness Initiative
Here we offer a variety of fitness classes that cover a wide range of health and fitness needs and wants.
- Our Personal Strength Training gives men and women muscle strength and tone in an intense and satisfying workout.
- The Spinning Angels Pole Fitness classes teach co-ordination, strength, and flexibility in a slightly less intense workout setting and are lots and lots of fun.
- The Silk Flexibility classes are very gentle and are purely a stretch class to get the kinks out and greatly improve your overall range of motion.
- H.I.T. (High Intensity Training) is a twice-weekly workout done as a group. We burn an average of 1200 calories each week with this workout alone, its a great way to increase your cardio training, and is perfect for absolutely every fitness level.

MS Walk
